Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing any reason, as per EU Consumer Rights Directive. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you receive your goods.

How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., email, post, or contact form on our website) within the 14-day period. You may use our model cancellation form, but it’s not mandatory.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon, and no fees will be applied.

Return of Goods
You are responsible for returning the goods within 14 days of your cancellation notice. You will bear the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

GDPR Compliance
Your personal data provided during the cancellation process will be handled in compliance with GDPR. We will only use your information to process your cancellation and refund, and it will be securely deleted after your request is completed unless otherwise required by law.
