01. Returns within 14 Days

We apologize if you’re unhappy with your purchase. You have a 14-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to assist you in the return process. 

2. Product Condition

For a successful return, the product must meet the following conditions: 

  • The product must not be opened or used.
  • It should be in perfect, unaltered condition.
  • All original packaging, including the product leaflet, must be included. 
    We ask that you take care when opening your package and retain all packaging materials until you are sure you intend to keep the product. 

3. Exceptions to Refunds

  • Refunds will not be issued for products purchased using gift cards.
  • Products bought from other retailers or pharmacies are not eligible for refunds. We can only process returns for products purchased from our official website, www.theranera.com. 

4. Gift Sets

If you’re returning a gift set, please note that you must return the entire set, and all packaging must be in perfect condition. We cannot accept returns of individual items from gift sets, the entire set must be returned. 

5. Initiating a Return 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

Contact our customer support team at info@theranera.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. 
“You have the flexibility to select the carrier of your choice for returning your package, and you will be responsible for the associated costs. This is in accordance with our return policy 
Pack the product securely, ensuring it meets the specified conditions. 
Ship the product to the address provided by our customer support team. 

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for us to process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used when making the purchase.
